Food & Drink
We know how important it is to offer excellent food and drink to all our guests. Our Head Chef is committed to making sure you leave us completely satisfied and regularly updates the menu to reflect the seasons and the culinary preferences of our customers.
Whether it’s our afternoon teas, Sunday lunches, evening meals or special occasion feasts our approach and food ethos is the same: Focusing on modern British and Welsh cooking, using delicious local produce and seasonal menus.
So that you can get an idea of what we serve, we have put some sample menus on relevant pages on this site. Try not to look when you’re hungry as we’re sure you’ll find them mouth-watering!
You’re our guest and we want you to feel at home.
We aim to cater for all food preferences, but if you’re joining us as a guest and have a particular requirement, then please call us in advance. This way we can ensure you’ll have plenty of choice on the day.
Because of our seasonal approach, the dishes mentioned on our sample menus won’t necessarily be available on the day you’re with us. If you want to ask about the availability of a particular dish, then just give us a call.
Part of the community
Being a part of the community is important for us and we like to support other South Wales based businesses. This includes using local suppliers for our food and drink. We are therefore working with companies including Cross Hands based Castell Howell Foods, local meat suppliers, Gower Butchers and Pembrokeshire Celtic Wines.
